Preview

both· Read this when: you are trying a feature the app lists under Preview: virtual desktops, directories or the Workload Lab.
Features the app marks as preview: they work, and their shape may still change. Each is behind a flag in Settings → Preview features, and the app's Preview menu shows the ones that are on.
